I’m A Celebrity contestant AJ Pritchard has tested “completely negative” for coronavirus and will enter Gwrych Castle this week.
It comes after the Strictly Come Dancing star tested positive for the virus whilst isolating in North Wales.
ITV have been monitoring this year’s line-up ahead of the official launch later this weekend (November 15).
The 26-year-old has confirmed to North Wales Live today that he has had no symptoms of the virus and is no longer testing positive for Covid-19.
He revealed that after passing subsequent tests, he’s been given the all clear to head to Gwyrch Castle.
The professional dancer explained to us: “I did have a positive coronavirus test early on in my isolation.”
He however is “very happy to report two negative tests” in the last couple of days, still in self-isolation.
AJ added that he’s “excited” to head to the castle as planned this week along with the rest of the celebrities.
The former Britain’s Got Talent contestant said it’s a “big relief” and thanked ITV for making “everyone feel safe.”
