I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! 2020’s contestants have settled in nicely to the new camp at Gwrych Castle in Wales. You can find out more about this year’s location here.

The campmates have been keeping busy with various chores and exercise between trials and Castle Coin challenges, formerly ‘Dingo Dollar’.

During last night’s episode EastEnders star Shane Richie was asked by Olympic gold medallist Sir Mo Farah if he wanted to join him on a morning run.

The legend, who won London’s 2012 Olympics, has been keeping warm and fit by running around the castle’s courtyard.

Quickly refusing the offer, Shane said: “Nah, you’re alright.” However, it wasn’t long before the EastEnders actor began to regret his decision.

Speaking about the exchange in the Bush Telegraph later on, Shane shared: “I feel really bad, I’m in here with Mo Farah, Olympic gold runner and he asked me for a run and I said ‘no, you’re alright mate’.”

The same episode saw three more celebrities take on a Bushtucker Trial.

Vernon Kay, Beverley Callard and Jordan North joined Ant and Dec for Frights At The Round Table.

The famous eating challenge left Vernon gagging as he chewed on deer’s testicles.

Tonight’s episode will see two new campmates enter the castle – Russell Watson and Ruthie Henshall. You can read more about their arrival here.

I’m a Celebrity continues on weeknights and Sundays at 9pm on ITV through to the final on Friday, December 4.
