Celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay reportedly donated $50,000 to support cancer treatment for Ben Watkins, a promising young cooking star on “MasterChef Junior” who died at age 14 this week.
Ramsay offered the financial support to assist Ben with his treatment in August, Variety reported Friday.
Ben’s father killed himself and the boy’s mother in 2017. A year later, he appeared on “MasterChef Junior,” becoming a fan favorite on the program.
